Good morning. We are happy to announce that we have been performing restorations on the two affected servers. While are still addressing some minor issues with Adobe ColdFusion, Railo and SSL enabled websites most sites are restoring without a problem.

EPhost Server Update: Restoration
After working several hours to debug the issues with the two failed servers we started a process called a “bare metal restore” of the servers very early this morning (01/11). The process is slow as 10,000’s of backup files are pulled from the backup repository, decompressed and decrypted. The process completed late this afternoon. ...
